This offering is an empowering, beginner-friendly movement class for new parents who want to move their bodies, have fun, and build community. It is ideal for parents/caregivers of children ages 3 – 18 months.

Grab your baby carrier and get ready to dance with your little one. Set to an eclectic playlist of your requests that are guaranteed to inspire a sweat and get your heart rate up. Its a dance party and a workout.

Please Note:

– If your baby is non-mobile, a baby carrier is not required.

Yara Figueroa-Ross is a dancer and sought out Pilates instructor in San Francisco. After becoming a mom last year, she found that her passions for movement and music were amplified when she could share them with her baby, Theo. So she created a class that helped her feel more in touch with her own body AND make Theo giggle simultaneously.
